Oslo Live Festival: Crystal Castles stole the show / Entertainment / The Foreigner

Oslo Live Festival: Crystal Castles stole the show. Four days of partying and music in the middle of Oslo have come to an end for this year. The Foreigner went out and asked several people about their opinion of the reasonably large event. KathrinaInez Dawczyk/The Foreigner“This was my first time when I enjoyed this festival. You could see many advertisements about this event in the media, newspapers and saw plenty of posters in the city. However my friends recommended this one to me. I appreciated it a lot as this is a good rest from everyday life. Moreover I could feel bands, people and the atmosphere around me. Also the price was very good.”Magdalena MagdalenaInez Dawczyk/The Foreigner“This was the first time I was pleased with this type of festival in Norway. I bought the ticket for a day with electronic music as I am a big fan. In my view all the concerts were quite good, but the one given by “Drop the lime” was great! I could be just a little disappointed that not many people came for this band. The next day “Drop the lime” played in the festival club and that was really fantastic when all the people mixed, and foreigners and Norwegians danced together.”Elizabeth

“Last year it was much better. There were bands which I liked more than the bands which played this year. But in spite of that I think the idea of the festival is good. Every day you could hear different genres of music plus the prize for ticket was super.”

“It was my first music festival in Norway and I fully enjoyed it. Nice people, music, good organization and localization as well. You could grab a lot of fun.”

“The festival was nice, relaxing and not too many people came for it, which was actually nice as I do not like when the place is too crowed. In my opinion the greatest concert has been given by Canadian band called Crystal Castles. They created a very good atmosphere during the concert and gave just a great show. The price for tickets was very good compared with those of other festivals in Norway.”

“This edition of festival was my first. I was extremely pleased we had something like that in our city during the summer. In the middle of Oslo you could feel like you were away somewhere, but didn’t need to travel at all. In my mind the best concert was given by Crystal Castles. Well, I can just say: a great atmosphere and show!”
