For those who would like to try smoked sprats, then a trip to the Norwegian Canning Museum (Norsk hermetikkmuseet) located in Øvre Strandgate 88 in Old Stavanger (Gamle Stavanger) is probably in order.
Open on the first Sunday of every month.
