Talks between the Norwegian Union of Commercial and Office Employees (Handel og Kontor) and employers at NHO (The Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise) are now in their ninth hour of overtime.
If no agreement is reached, 355 staff at Norwegian Air Shuttle and SAS, as well as Sola, Flesland, and Gardemoen airports will be called out on strike.
“We could not accept NHO Aviation’s offer. Our most important demands are wage increases for qualified staff and a system that ensures further pay growth,” writes the union in a press release.
