Norway wins European Curling Championship

Norway’s curling team has won the European Curling Championship in Switzerland after winning 5-3 over Denmark.

The two teams went closely until the seventh round in yesterday’s final,. Norway then ook the lead by two points, making it 4-2, after the Danish team equalized in the sixth.
Thomas Ulsrud had the last stone in the final end, and put it to the point, assuring Norway victory.
In the play-offs, Norway met Switzerland, winning the game 5-4.
