Editor’s tip for a trip: Rogaland Arboret / Entertainment / The Foreigner

Editor’s tip for a trip: Rogaland Arboret. Rogland Arboret is a delightful place for walks and for children, located in a secluded spot off the E39 after Sandnes. If your mind needs a rest from the everyday grind, then this is the place for you. Relax amongst the flora and trees as you take a walk on the many paths, or sit on some of the picnic benches near the water; you may even spot a dragonfly or two. For those of you who have not brought anything to eat, the café has a good selection of food and drink. How to get there:

How to get there:

From Stavanger, take the E39 towards Kristiansand. Once on the motorway, keep on it, driving past Bogafjell, then watch for signs to Sviland/Høle. Turn L, and drive 2.2km on Espelandveien. Arboret is on the L. There is ample parking.
