The Foreigner Court turns down video suspect appeal. A man charged with intimidation after uploading the video threatening Norway’s Crown Prince Haakon and the Prime Minister has lost his appeal. The 21-year-old from Skien was remanded in custody for two weeks where he will be banned from contact via letters or visits. He will also be banned from access to media. He had appealed against the decision but this was rejected by the courts. His lawyer, John Christian Elden, told NTB, “The ruling mentions absolutely nothing about freedom of speech.”
