Meanwhile…in Beijing. Chinese throng to IKEA. Looks like IKEA is in the news. According to David Pierson of the Los Angeles Times, the store is really popular. But the Chinese don’t go there for the shopping, though, but enjoy the comfortable furniture, the food, and the air-conditioning.

Looks like IKEA is in the news. According to David Pierson of the Los Angeles Times, the store is really popular.

But the Chinese don’t go there for the shopping, though, but enjoy the comfortable furniture, the food, and the air-conditioning.

It’s relaxed, has loads of space, some entertain their kids when they’ve got nothing better to do, and the free soda refills are popular with most people.

Makes the Norwegian ones look very modest in comparison.
