Croatia Airlines is to start regular services from Oslo Gardermoen Airport to Zagreb.

The Star Alliance member carrier will provide a twice-weekly connection to Croatia’s capital using Bombardier-made 100-seat CRJ-1000s

These routes are expected to run from 21st May to 15th October on Thursdays and Sundays.

By flying to Oslo Gardermoen, Croatia Airlines also enhances the Norwegian airport’s existing route network to Dubrovnik, Pula, Rijeka, and Pula.

This means 15 weekly flights to Croatia, meaning a total of 80,000 seats during this year’s summer season.

Blue Air is to offer flights from Oslo Gardermoen to Bucharest from 15th June. The company operates Boeing 737-type aircraft.

These weekly services will depart on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, giving the Norwegian gateway its first link to Romania.

Bergen also gets flights to St. Petersburg, also from 15th June, with a new service flown by RusLine.

The Russian carrier will offer twice-weekly services – on Thursdays and Sundays – using their Bombardier CRJ-200s.
