Norwegian designers to Copenhagen Fashion Week. Copenhagen Fashion Week opens today, with various world designers showing their collections. The city plays host to the event twice a year. This time around, the four-day happening will be sampling moods from the Norwegian catwalk, with many names presenting their collections. Moods of Norway will be showing their collection for the first time. The brand started in 2003, and successfully spread to other countries in Europe, US and Japan. Their clothes are modern, colorful, with stores in 71 towns and cities in Norway, from Kristiansand in the south to Hammerfest in the northeast. They’re also in Japan, The Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and, not forgetting, the US.

The city plays host to the event twice a year. This time around, the four-day happening will be sampling moods from the Norwegian catwalk, with many names presenting their collections.

Moods of Norway will be showing their collection for the first time. The brand started in 2003, and successfully spread to other countries in Europe, US and Japan. Their clothes are modern, colorful, with stores in 71 towns and cities in Norway, from Kristiansand in the south to Hammerfest in the northeast. They’re also in Japan, The Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and, not forgetting, the US.

TSH is designer Tina Steffenakk Hermansen’s brand. She produces feminine clothes; anything from wedding dresses to women’s accessories. She’s got over 30 shops, in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, and has already had shows in Copenhagen, Paris, London and New York.

iiS of Norway presents a modern version of traditional Norwegian sweaters. The brand was opened by mother and daughter, Olaug and Siv Elise Seland. Their work has now wandered as far as countries like Japan, Holland, Denmark, Finland, USA, Ireland, Switzerland and Italy.

Undorn was established by Karina Kjenner Titze in 2004. Their clothes blend the vintage with elegance. Undorn delivers collections three times during the year.

Copenhagen Fashion Week runs between 13th and 15th August.
