Regular checks

NRK reports that Stavanger Parking Company (Stavanger Parkering) inspects the facility regularly because of this to ensure that no pieces fall due to overloading.

“It’s the rooftop parking area that we are particularly concerned about” Arnljot Bjelland, Stavanger Parking Company’s general manager told NRK.

Regulations

And if you were hoping to avoid parking in there whilst on your shopping-trip, their regulations will put pay to that.

“It is prohibited to park in front of vehicle entrances or exits.”

Nice try.
