Six of these 15 routes are from Copenhagen to the Faroe Islands and Riga, Aalborg to Oslo, Bergen to Gdansk, and Stockholm to Munich and Krakow.

These services will fly all year round, with departures being gradually introduced into the airline’s summer 2017 schedule – around late March.

The remaining nine new departures will be for the summer season.

These routes are between Copenhagen and Malta and Olbia, Aarhus and Malaga, Oslo and Pristina, Stavanger and Nice, Kristiansand and Malaga, as well as Stockholm and Lisbon, Shannon, and Pristina.

SAS also announces that an additional 1,800 flights will be added to the schedule for the summer.

These are to Croatia, Portugal, and Spain – examples being Malaga, Barcelona, Alicante, and Palma.

“We know that our frequent flyers also prefer us when they go on holiday. This is why we have very successfully strengthened what we offer to popular holiday destinations in recent years, something we will continue to do,” Rikard Gustafson, SAS President and CEO, says in a statement.
