Norway’s Royal Couple to visit Slovakia. Their Majesties King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway are to make an official state visit to Slovakia in late October. Their three-day visit will begin on October 26 in Bratislava, where the Royal Couple will be welcomed by the Slovak President Ivan Gašparovič and his wife Silvia at the Presidential Palace. TRH will then be received by the Slovak Prime Minister Iveta Radičová and Speaker of the National Council Richard Sulík, before continuing their visit by meeting Bratislava Mayor Andrej Ďurkovský at the Primatial Palace.

Their Majesties King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway are to make an official state visit to Slovakia in late October.

Their three-day visit will begin on October 26 in Bratislava, where the Royal Couple will be welcomed by the Slovak President Ivan Gašparovič and his wife Silvia at the Presidential Palace.
TRH will then be received by the Slovak Prime Minister Iveta Radičová and Speaker of the National Council Richard Sulík, before continuing their visit by meeting Bratislava Mayor Andrej Ďurkovský at the Primatial Palace.
Both King Harald V and the Slovak President will attend the opening of the Slovak-Norwegian Forum of Competence and a conference on foreign policy.
The royal couple’s itinerary also includes a trip to Modra and Banská tiavnica.
TRH will return to Norway on October 28 in the early evening.
