CCTV cameras followed Breivik. 10 CCTV cameras caught Anders Behring Breivik’s movements around the government quarter on the 22nd July. These images, by kind permission for The Foreigner to reproduce them by ABC Nyheter, show Breivik parking the van containing the bomb outside the Miinistry of Fisheries and Coastal Affairs before moving on to the Ministry of Justice. Security guards have said that they saw Breivik at the building wearing what appeared to be a guards uniform.

10 CCTV cameras caught Anders Behring Breivik’s movements around the government quarter on the 22nd July.

These images, by kind permission for The Foreigner to reproduce them by ABC Nyheter, show Breivik parking the van containing the bomb outside the Miinistry of Fisheries and Coastal Affairs before moving on to the Ministry of Justice.

Security guards have said that they saw Breivik at the building wearing what appeared to be a guards uniform.

Once he had parked the van, he got out and headed towards another car he used to get to Utøya.

The car bomb exploded less than ten minutes after Breivik left the area, killing eight people.
