Kristiansand station reopened / News / The Foreigner

The Foreigner Kristiansand station reopened. Trains operate but bypass main line. The National Rail Administration (Jernbaneverket) has reopened Kristiansand station this afternoon after this morning’s derailment. Trains between Stavanger and Oslo will be diverted to a set of tracks outside the main station. Replacement buses will run to Vennesla and Nodland stations until the damage has been repaired.

Kristiansand station reopened

Trains operate but bypass main line.



The National Rail Administration (Jernbaneverket) has reopened Kristiansand station this afternoon after this morning’s derailment.

Trains between Stavanger and Oslo will be diverted to a set of tracks outside the main station. Replacement buses will run to Vennesla and Nodland stations until the damage has been repaired.

There are still no answers as to what caused the accident.
